Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Since we sell digital downloadable products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

The product is completely unusable

The file is corrupted and cannot be fixed

Duplicate payment was made

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

Change of mind

Lack of technical knowledge

Hosting/server incompatibility

Accidental purchase

4. Refund Request Process

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
